Love It

Always wondered what the swing path was in a golf swing. Well finally I have it, If you are serious about learning to swing correctly in a one piece takeaway this will do it.

Thank you for kind review. You're right. Sequencing of the upper body and the arms in the take away, sets you up for a good swing and a transition that's free of compensatory shifts. There's a reason why Tour players like Billy Horschel, Justin Thomas, Tommy Fleetwood and more, practice that move to 8 o'clock prior to the swing and PlaneSWING helps ingrain that move. Getting on Track, I mean on Plane

I’ve been working on the SwingPlane for under a month and here is my experience thus far.

It’s a workout as well as a SwingPlane training device. The heaviness of the club promotes strength building, which aides in learning the muscles the correct path.

I have experienced a more full turn away from the ball.

I can feel the “power” of a full turn and full release of the body while using the SwingPlane.

At this point the number 1 thing that I have seen is improvement with my Tempo. The weight of the SwingPlane slider promotes a slower tempo on the way back, resulting in better balance, better sequencing and explosive release when done properly.

In a very short time I can see many benefits, I know that prolonged use will only enhance these benefits and expose new as well.

Only regret is waiting so long to buy.

Your reference to a fuller upper body turn is so important. Building width in sequence is key to eradicating those faults that begin from the take away. Cause and effect!
