Delivery & Returns

At PlaneSWING® we aim to deliver each one of our game transforming PlaneSWING®s with care.

Every PlaneSWING® is sent from one of our 3 distribution centres worldwide (USA, UK, & Asia) and our goal is to have this arrive at your named delivery address within 5 working days of when you place your order, subject to availability*. In many cases your order will arrive sooner and in some cases due to geography a shipment may take longer and we will always communicate this to you.

*Over the past 2 years we, like other businesses have experienced periodic out of stock situations due primarily to forced factory closures due to Covid and shipping container scarcity. We operate with full transparency and recommend that you call us to check availability and estimated delivery times.

Where known the exact time frame for delivery will be specified on the despatch confirmation email and in the case of remote locations e.g., Alaska, Hawaii in the US and the “Outback” in Australia, there may be an additional charge. This will be communicated to you and should you decide not to accept the additional costs then PlaneSWING® will issue an immediate and full refund

PlaneSWING® Golf makes every effort to ensure that the goods you order get to you undamaged and in a timely fashion. Please ensure you read the following so that in the unlikely event of a problem we can facilitate a speedy resolution.

DELIVERY

We ship PlaneSWING products world-wide, warehousing stock through our wholly owned companies in USA & UK and distributors and re-sellers in Asia and other markets

The delivery times can vary depending on destination but we aim to ship goods within 24 hours of receipt on an order. We deliver, on average, 2 days in UK, 5 days in Continental Europe and 5 days across the USA and Australia. See delivery notes at product description

If there is likely to be a delay in delivery you will be contacted by PlaneSWING® by email and text.

All orders will be shipped by recognized carriers

Delivery is FREE where stated however for remote areas like Alaska & Hawaii in US and the “Outback” in Australia, additional charges may apply. We will call you before shipping to seek approval for any additional costs and should these not be accepted we will issue an immediate and full refund.

RETURNS

In the event that there is a problem with the goods, please contact us.
We must be informed of the issue within 7 working days of delivery and will make every effort to achieve a speedy and satisfactory resolution

If you do not feel a significant improvement in your game within 30 days of receiving your PlaneSWING® we will refund your order in full

Products must be returned at your cost and in the original packaging and in a condition suitable for re-sale.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
